The Service collects publicly available market data from third-party cryptocurrency exchanges and presents price comparisons, arbitrage opportunities and related statistics. Registered users may also use additional features such as watchlists, balance tracking and exchange API key management.

2. No investment advice

All information is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Accuracy of data

Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Displayed spreads and profit estimates are approximations that do not include every cost. We do not guarantee that any opportunity shown can actually be executed.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

5. Exchange API keys

If you connect exchange accounts through API keys, you do so at your own risk. Only grant the permissions required for the features you use and never grant withdrawal permission. We are not responsible for losses caused by exchange outages, API errors, incorrect settings or unauthorized access to your exchange accounts.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape or resell the Service or its data without our written permission
  • Interfere with or overload the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any exchange's terms

7. Third-party services and referral links

The Service links to third-party exchanges that have their own terms and policies. Some links contain referral codes, and we may receive a commission if you register through them. We are not responsible for the content, availability or conduct of third-party services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
